"Beautiful rooms This is our second stay. We were not as impressed with this stay. There was no continental breakfast served Thursday July 2/26 No posts stating why. Heavy perfume scents in the hallways. I feel that there needs to be more staff on hand especially during day hours or have the info, needed, posted within each room, such as: Contact number Wifi password, ... Numbers for restaurant. Very unfortunate that the roof top patio has VIP section , that no one told us about , and it closes at 9pm We were not aware that we could have watched the fireworks from up there Which was a much better unobstructed view. I love Sauble/Saugeen beach and will always be my favorite place , not sure that The Sands will be my fave place . .. Will have to 👀 👀....."

"Room was small but clean…. adequate for a short stay. Great water pressure. Beds comfortable but squeaky. Owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. Heated pool was refreshing to jump into at the end of the day. Bbq’ing on site was an excellent option. Walks to the waters edge were beautiful. Sunsets were spectacular every night."

"We had a wonderful stay! Jigneshbhai and his wife were incredibly kind and gave us a very warm welcome, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. They were friendly, helpful, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I truly appreciate their hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!"
