We stayed at the Eldorado side and were lucky enough to score a room with a lakeside view. It was absolutely stunning. Every morning I would wake up and nave a cup of Nespresso and watch the sunrise over the mountains and simply marvel at the beautiful water stretched out in either direction as far as I could see. We dined in the Maestro restaurant twice, and both times we were very happy with the food. Although it was their "casual" dining space, it was still very high standards and would have been on par with a very nice Earls as a comparison. We ordered room service from The Lakeside Restaurant a few times and were also very happy with the food. All were delicious and visually appealing. Our only complaint for the whole operation was the phone service. Their switchboard seemed to be a little messy as I wasn't able to reach the desired destination easily, but figured out I would just call front desk all the time and have them direct my call. That seemed to work. All in all, the property is a top notch destination with two indoor pools and two hot tubs to choose from, with a nice little gym, and a private beach to enjoy. I would highly recommend coming here if you're visiting Kelowna. This will be my resort of choice for years to come.

Super friendly staffs!!! Everyone is smiling and looking happy when you walk in the hotel. They have a very good restaurant, staffs are friendly too. Exceptional food options and delicious.

Property was clean very quiet and comfortable. Needs some cleaning on the outside with dirt, cobwebs on the building. Inside needs some touch up on the walls, tiles ets. Overall very good.

loved the rooms and the walkable area Felt very safe. Meals at the Eldorado were very disapointing - breakfast took 1 hour on Saturday and was cold. the Friday night cocktail party y was great fun and the staff was great

It is a beautiful resort with the perfect lake view. I highly recommend to book the lake view room. Everything was great and we were given a lot of pre arrival messages with wonderful service. However, upon arrival, there were no Bell service and there were only one staff at the check in counter. We had quite a few luggages on our car and we got to drag the trolley ourselves and unload everything and then,pushed to our room to unload and push it back. Since the resort collects the resort fee separately, I have expected someone to help us with the luggages upon arrival.

Room was a good size, view of the lake was excellent. Staff are polite and respectful, only thing is they need to be more informative. Coffee maker wouldn’t brew. Room was clean and nice. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My wife and I stayed here for one night in the off-season, and it was a very nice resort with great staff and comfortable rooms. The dining options are very limited that time of year, but they still have a restaurant open for breakfast with very friendly staff and a decent but pricey menu.

Very tidy, with lots of lovely walking paths. They did however, forget our cutlery with breakfast room service, so our meal was cold by the time they brought us some. It was still good though.

They’re property was beautiful. Great view of the lake every day. The rooms are nice and big and spacious. I would come back there again. I was really happy they were able to accommodate and getting me my distilled water for my CPAP since I was getting in so late Really appreciate it. It really made my trip less stressful that I didn’t have to go out and find that at a store. Something that little made my trip easier and thank you so much for accommodating me. Will be back this summer.

Lovely resort, has all of the things you need in a hotel. The room is very spacious which I liked. One suggestion is that the hotel should have the room at temperature. It was 18.5 Celsius when we got in and it took five hours to come up 1°. Not a huge deal but just a suggestion for improvement. Staff was friendly and helpful and it was decorated so nice for the holidays!
