"Overall, the hotel features great rooms and a lovely pool, good breakfasts. but our stay had notable service drawbacks. We called ahead around 4:00 PM to inform the hotel of our late arrival due to traffic, which the manager confirmed. However, arriving around 4:00 AM, the front desk receptionist had to unlock the doors, was unhelpful, and claimed there was no note in the system. While he eventually checked us in, he gave us a stern lecture despite our repeated explanations. Additionally, the hotel lacks designated bicycle parking, forcing us to carry our bikes on our car rack for all nine nights through heavy rain. Adding a basic bike rack takes up very little space and costs next to nothing, yet it would make a massive difference for guests traveling with bicycles."

"The staff was efficient, pleasant, and generally well-trained. Many of the staff are foreign students at the property for the summer to enhance their English language skills, so sometimes there was a language barrier. For the first few days, there was lukewarm water in the shower and bathtub. It took well over 24 hours for the staff to check the issue and finally resolve it. At times, the hot water side of the shower and bath would turn to very cold water without warning, then back to lukewarm water. The food in the main restaurant was very good, as was the service. The food at the adult pool was marginal at best. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. It is a very nice property. It just needs a few tweaks by management."

"Realmente fue excelente la estancia. Tiene todo lo necesitado para estar comodo. Excelente atencion de Maria . Excesional y muy profesional su atencion. Solo un inconveniente, entregamos la habitación el dia sabado y regresamos el dia domingo porque dejamos unas saldalias en la habitación olvidadas lastimosamente no fueron entregadas a objetos olvidados. No las pudimos recuperar estaban nuevas sin uso . Pero por lo general me volveria hospedar ."
