The hotel staff were kind and helpful, and the laundry service was careful and reliable. The only insects I saw in the room were a few ants, and even those appeared only occasionally at night during the rainy season. One thing to note is the location. Since the hotel is in Bangli, it can be difficult to get a Grab taxi. The area does not allow advance ride bookings, so...

"Literally perfect! The best stay I had in Bali. The staff were so friendly and always on top of everything, literally felt like a spa and resort type place. Around the hotel there is really nothing to do but the hotel provides so many services like breakfast, lunch, dinner, a pool, and a spa. A must go to hotel!!"

"I really enjoyed staying here. The staff was great, my room was so quiet, clean and had the most amazing view. I slept really well every night and I loved relaxing at the pool area. The walk down to the river behind the resort is also enjoyable. The room and the facilities show their age a bit, but that did not bother me at all. There are 2 villages within walking distance from the resort."
