Our Sole Mare villa in Kountourata is a newly built rental villa, complete with swimming pool, in a private, tranquil setting at a short walking distance from Pessada village. This modern well designed property offers excellent accommodation for those seeking a more quiet getaway on the wonderful island of Kefalonia.
On the ground floor there is a large open plan living area with large patio doors opening out onto the pool area. Within this living area there is a fully fitted kitchen complete with all the electric appliances, oven/hob, fitted dishwasher etc., that one would expect in a villa of this quality. A double bedroom with two single beds, again with patio doors opening out onto the pool area, and a spacious bathroom with walk in shower, complete the ground level. The sofa turns easily to a proper bed that can sleep 2 children or 1 adult.

On the upper floor there is a large bedroom with a queen size double bed, en-suite bathroom and private balcony, offering both mountain views and sea views across to Zakynthos. All rooms throughout the villa are air conditioned.
The villa benefits from a remote controlled gate, parking space, private pool and a large garden surrounded by a low wall. Outside you will also find an open barbecue within the grassed garden and an exterior settee under the long pergola at the side of the pool.
