Thank you for your feedback Peter. I understand your frustration with our cancellation policy, however we do allow cancellation without charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival. Please remember that when you book with Expedia, you pay them directly and so it anyone at our property would not have been able to refund your payment.

Nice place to stay within 10 minutes from Game On venue. We've stayed here four times so we can be close to Game On for our daughter's volleyball tournaments. Clean, good parking, indoor pool. Only thing we don't like is price of breakfast.

It’s a nice room for the night. The pool area was nice as well. I don’t like shower in the room wasn’t easy to get to a medium heat. It was either too cold or too hot. The shower also has a little bit of black mildew in the right front corner.

Place was banging! Worth the $100 upgrade from Motel 6. Got to soak in the hot tub after a few days of snowboarding. Only downside is Expedia made it sound like there's free Continental breakfast when in fact you had to pay for it and it's only on Saturday and Sunday. Still, much nicer than the joints I usually stay in. Would return in the future.

I did confirm that our Expedia booking page says that we have breakfast available, however, when you click on more details it does provide information in pricing. Very rude staff at check in. The lady seemed very irritated and was very short with us. We were just arriving and apparently there had been a lot of kids at the pool and it needed to be closed. There were a lot of little ones present in the lobby area but they all seemed well behaved. It just rubbed off on us when we arrived I guess. Maybe the front desk is understaffed.

Our pool was closed to guests not following pool regulations and guidelines that are in place for their safety. This closure was only temporary. The pool was sort of small, but nice without a crowd. Hot tub was decent. Sauna was nice. The bar is huge, excellent service. A great place to relax after skiing.

We love staying there when we visit family. My grandkids love the indoor pool. Food is usually very good. Only complaint is the game room. Several of the machines don’t work- take money but don’t work properly.

This property could be a great one. They are in the process of laying new carpet in the hallways and lobby area. The desk in my room was all scratched up. Pullout couch was in need of a deep clean. Restaurant charged me 10.83 for a sliver of cheesecake which I found to be extremely high, due to the quantity. The chowder was good and the calamari was the same frozen item used in most all chain restaurants tough and chewy. The hot peppers were a good addition, but not enough to hide the texture of the calamari. They call the current menu the winter menu. Which maybe the reason for the low budget food.

Disappointed that they didn’t do breakfast this morning and also no outside drinks..? Also pool looked and smelled like they dumped bleach in it to try and clear it a little as it was kind of dirty looking. And sadly it was supposed to be a king size bed but me and my two kids barely got so I’m pretty sure it wasn’t bigger than a queen

I have stayed multiple times here and it has always been stellar until this stay. The girl at the desk was not personable at all, Just basically ordered me to sign the documents, no smile no casual conversation , nothing. She put me in room 212, the floor squeeked so bad I was sure i was keeping people up downstairs, and the heat in the room was either too hot or none at all. Every other time I stayed i got Mike at the front desk, that man is a rock star, that girl should take some lessons from him!

Beautiful property! In town for a volleyball tournament with my daughter. Colonial is convenient location near Game On (13 min) Staff was great! Room was nice, only small issue was the creaking floor in our room. You could feel unevenness when walking on it and I wondered if the creaking could be heard by room under us. Overall great stay!

I enjoyed my one night stay at the Colonial. Aesthetically, it was beautiful. Inside and out. The restaurant was nice, food was delicious. I was a little disappointed the breakfast didn’t offer non dairy creamer choices for the coffee. I had to skip as I can’t have half and half. The room was nice. The hot water was not working in the morning and I believe they were trying to fix it, so I’m grateful I took a hot shower the night before. Overall my stay was comfortable and I would stay here again.

As always the staff, especially Mike were amazing! Everything was great except for the loud stomping, door slamming people above me! 2oclock in the morning is unacceptable

Worst customer service at any hotel I have ever been at. We’re not accommodating at all! They are a very money hungry hotel. They do not care about customer service at. No one should ever stay there. If they keep it up I’m sure they will be out of business soon.

Rooms were clean, fridge and microwave in room, smart t.v. mattress was slightly firm for my taste but otherwise comfortable. everything was mostly good though I did order room service and the food was not the best and after I finished the front desk couldnt get someone to pick up the dirty plates so I had to stick them in the fridge for the entirety of my stay. Otherwise satisfied.

While we do not keep our kitchen or housekeeping departments staffed 24 hours a day, any dishes can be placed outside your guest room door and will be taken away by staff as soon as we are able to do so. I appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback.
