First night we were given an extremely dirty room with a broken tv. We think it had been a long term rental that hadn’t been cleaned afterwards. The next day we asked for a better room and got it, so next two nights were decent enough.

Room was not clean, it was hard to find staff when needed. There were no clean towels available when needed. 3 very flat pillows for our king bed

By the door we entered there was litter including a small liquor bottle. Inside the stairway carpet was filthy. In the room a curtain hook was missing so it hung loose. The upholstered chair was absolutely filthy. The bathtub didn’t drain well so 3 inches of water while showering. Cups wrapped in plastic by the ice bucket were wet when opened. Entry ways had litter.At breakfast the chairs were still on the tables. The spigot for orange juice was water and the gravy was all watered down. Needless to say this is not somewhere we will return.

This hotel used to be a good place to stay. After the name change, the quality went downhill. My room was okay, the front sink was dirty and it needed a vacuum. The bed was clean and comfortable so that was a plus. This place is an okay stay for one night.

We reserved two rooms. Both of them were dirty. One room had empty water jugs from the previous tenant. The other room had black mold in the bathtub, obviously had not been cleaned.

Worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. Waited in the lobby for 20 mins before someone showed up to check me in. 4:30 in the morning the fire alarm went off. My kids and I ran outside in the cold without our stuff. No one else came out. No staff advised us it was safe to come back in. Must have been a false alarm and most of the residents probably lived there and knew it was false. Well we didn’t. Stood out in the cold for 30 mins before we finally walked back in.

This was just sad. Cigarette butts and trash in the parking lot, torn up carpeting on the interior stairs, and lukewarm coffee in the morning. I will say that the bathroom was clean and the TV and iron worked. It could be a good property, but needs some love.

Room and reception area were clean, but hallways and exterior of the property were dirty and the exterior had garbage all over it. Also, the 2nd and 3rd floors appeared to be long term stay units.

Worst two stars motel ever! Dirty sheets with someone else’s smell in, stains in the pillows, sticky floors, dirt and food under the mattress and the bed, dirty bathroom, unlocked doors, trash in the surroundings and the hallways. Off course, the management always has a “new house keeper” to blame…It seems this has been going on for a while. Don’t bother to come here.

We ask for extra blankets and had to get them our self and same with towels. The toilet was BREY slow to fill so you could only flush every 30 minutes.

This place is actually disgusting. It is dirty, outdated, smells like smoke, no working ice machines. If I could give it zero stars, I would! I will never stay here again.

My room was clean and quiet, linens were clean and nice condition. The rest of the property wasn’t in the best condition, such as hallways and stairs. For the price, is was nice.

Rooms were good and the beds were actual beds and not rock hard. We stayed 2 nights 2 different rooms. However the garbage in the halls, common bathrooms and outside was absolutely terrible.

I’ve had worse. Hotel overall was rundown. Carpet stains, massive wall scuffs, and all the wood needed new paint. Room overall was clean.

The price for a place to sleep for the night was excellent. Linens were clean towels were clean but a housekeeping issue noted that made everything else feel dirty. I pointed it out to the desk clerk upon checkout and I hope it gets resolved.

I guess II liked the bed and pillows. I was disappointed when we went to our initial room that it hadn’t been cleaned. Also we went to the breakfast area to eat and tables weren’t washed off nor was the breakfast bar. They ran out of decaffeinated coffee and pancake mix.

Quick stop on a driving trip
Perfect place for a stop-over on a driving trip. Remote didn't work so couldn't watch TV, and desk staff unable to fix it. Bit of a bummer after a day on the road.
