"Very nice luxury hotel experience. The staff was so welcoming and always helpful, and the property itself was beautiful. The room, the lobby, the pool area, the restaurants, the gym, were all great. I felt very happy to come back after a day of touring.
My only disappointment was the tour guide that was provided to us by the hotel. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, but he had very strong (and controversial) political opinions that he seemed unable to keep from sharing, and this made me kind of uncomfortable. It was the only time where I felt something a little unprofessional from my stay there. Otherwise, the experience was impeccable."
"It’s a beautifully kept place, well located with lovely architecture and design and great onsite amenities like a restaurant and spa. The staff are excellent- friendly and super helpful. I would stay here again in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough."
"This Hotel by far exceeded my expectations. The breakfast is great. The staff is one of the best i have been around in many years. Helpful and always smiling.
I would stay here and plan to stay here soon.
Love it and Love Love Love the staff."
"We are a family of 5 traveling with teens, stayed here for 4 nights. It was a low season in Siem Reap, and the hotel was nearly empty, with only one other party of guests. The hotel upgraded our rooms to private pool rooms. It was spacious, clean, air-conditioned, and luxurious, though the aesthetics seemed to be of a couple of decades past, with a huge bathtub in the middle of the room. The staff, and the waiting staff, were very, maybe overtly, friendly ( I felt a little uncomfortable) and accommodating. Good breakfast included fresh fruits, good coffee, juices, and lots to choose from. They use insecticides to control mosquitoes at regular intervals. An eco-friendly approach, also for housekeeping, would be appreciated from this traveler. An independent tuk-tuk was available; check the price before hiring for each trip, though. Hotel airport pick-up was very helpful, worth the extra fare."
"Nice stay which making customers feel like home. Staffs are very warm hearted and professional. They provide me with truly luxury experience. It is definitely worthwhile to spend a vacation in this hotel."
