Goof value for money.
Good hotel. The conditions is a bit old. The location is excellent. It is close to all sightseeing. The service is good. The staff was very helpful. The lobby bar was depressing. I could not find a bartender to get a drink. My wife was happy about it. I would stay again here if go to Kazan again.

Security and concierge are the worst people working at this hotel. They don’t care when you are nice and in good mood. They will ruin your stay and mood. Security staff will tell you: Why did you choose this hotel and you can go to another.

Saddest hotel in Kazan
Nowhere in the world can this be a 4-star hotel, as they self-promote. Barely a 2. It is drab and gloomy, badly lit with fluorescent lighting, plastic ceiling, no amenities whatsoever in the room except for a bottle of water. 4-star hotel with no minibar, no iron. It is one of the saddest hotels I have ever stayed at. I was misled by the artsy photos and untruthful text. Breakfast was really...really bad. And they go the extra mile to ensure their coffee will taste terrible.

Comfortable central hotel, range of facilities.
Helpful reception staff. Stylish building with large public areas. Nice pool and sauna. Gym equipment from last century but clean and maintained (modern treadmill). Breakfast buffet uninspiring. Many more attractive dining options in near vicinity outside hotel.

It's Local hotel not International.
Very good location and big rooms. Good House keeping. However, the services are pathetic. Reception desk and restaurant needs overhaul. Service requests remain unattended for hours. Many front desk people don't understand English language and disconnect the call when you talk to them. Breakfast is very bad. Dried oranges, carrots and cabbage on breakfast table is pain! looks they are there for days. The hotel administrator asks for passports from your guests and hotel asks for additional money if your guest stays beyond 11.00 pm. How can one celebrate new year evenings like that! Overall, not customers friendly.

Excellent Location, low quality internet service
Hotel is located right in downtown and close to Kremlin, shopping center, metro and restaurants.Great location. Rooms are small. The personnel is very pleasant, outstanding service. Receptionists speak good English. There is no safe-box in rooms so one has to leave valuables in the safe-box at the reception. Free continental breakfast is tolerable. The internet is the weak point of this hotel. It offers free internet in the lobby but if you want to have it in your room they will charge a very high price - 20$/day (700 roubles/day). There is a piano in the lounge but once I tried to play (after asking a permission from the bar attendant) the security came and told me that it is not permitted - there was no sign saying that one cannot play it. Overall it is a good hotel and I enjoyed staying there.

No free Internet in rooms
The listing for this hotel on hotels.com said there was free Intenet in the room, and we chose it for that reason. Upon check-in we were told that wifi was free in public areas but on a fee-basis in the rooms. We showed the concierge the hotels.com listing, and he said it was wrong. We felt the hotel should have honored it anyway, but they didn't.

Очень хороший отель в самом туристическом центре Казани. Кафе, рестораны, бары, торговые центры, транспорт, это тоже все, разумеется, рядом в изобилии. Выходит прямо на Баумана, в то же время есть подъезд прямо к корпусу отеля с другой стороны, там же и парковка. Отель просторный, широкие коридоры, холлы, лестницы. Никакой пошлой экономии еа пространстве. Зимний сад, картинная гаоерея и тд. Приятно пройтись и посмотреть. Заселили быстро, номер комфортный, чистый, уютный. Пахнет приятно (это важно, а то частенько встречались отели с какими-нибудь запахами в номерах: то из кухни тащит, то из курилки во дворе пованивает). И при этом еще достаточно низкая стоимость. Одним словом: рекомендую.

Стандартный номер с окнами во двор.
У меня был стандартный номер с окнами во двор, вечерами было тихо. Сам номер не большой. Вполне сносно для того чтобы переночевать 2 ночи. Расположение отеля отличное. В номере все работало. Кровать и подушки удобные. Но.... Завтрак исключительно не вкусный.!!!😒 Еды много, а выбрать нечего. Кофе ужасный.

Отель находится в самом центре города. Номера от скромных (как у нас) до шикарных. Все здорово. Однако есть мелочи - хороший завтрак, но нет мелочей, к блинчикам (хорошим) только сметана, хотя чего-чего, а меда в Казани хватает)), к чаю банально не хватает лимона:), при этом завтрак очень неплохой

Шикарное расположение пожалуй самый главный плюс отеля. Но для этого ценового сегмента странно, что не оказались одноразовые щетки в номере🙄

В целом проживание в отеле понравилось. Отель расположен на пешеходной улице. Номера чистые, комфортные. Вода в бутылке 1,5 литра на номер на двоих. Первый раз такое в гостинице встречаю. Халаты одного очень маленького размера и очень короткие. Сшиты из вафельного полотна. Пойти в нем в спа не смогла. Завтраки посредственные, не разнообразные. В общем неплохой отель. Из плюсов расположение, номера. Из минусов завтраки и халаты.

Могло бы быть лучше
Вестибюли и ресторан отеля шикарные. Номер в котором мне довелось проживать оставил очень средние впечатления. Во-первых, очень много мебели не самого лучшего качества в очень небольшом номере: постоянно натыкалась на кресло (кстати, очень неудобное для сиденья в нем) и передвигала стул, чтобы иметь возможность перемещаться по комнате, дверцы раздвижного шкафа все время вываливались. Во-вторых, дверь в ванную комнату открывается внутрь, закрывая собой зеркало (чтобы смотреться в зеркало, необходимо закрыть дверь в ванную комнату). В-третьих, в номере было очень душно, температура не выставляется на регуляторе температуры, висящем на стене, включается только вентилятор. В-четверных, персонал отеля в ресторане и бассейне ведет себя очень по-домашнему: могут сидеть развалившись в кресле и вести беседы со знакомыми, использованную посуду со стола то убирают, то нет, ходят по залу ресторана с чашками кофе, обсуждают домашние дела. И наконец, наличие бассейна в отеле очень порадовало, но на этаже, где я жила непосредственно над бассейном, все время стоял запах пара, запах душа, и это было не очень комфортно. Конечно, это только мое мнение, но мне показалось, что до 4-х звезд отель не дотягивает...

繁華街のど真ん中にありとても便利。ただし、その分、夜は少しうるさいと感じるかもしれません。部屋に到着するまでいくつか段差を越えなければなりませんが、階段の脇にスロープがついているので大丈夫です。食堂へ行くにも段差がありましたが、スロープがきちんとついていました。

Впечатления испортили сразу по приезду. Оказалось, что с животными нельзя заселятся. У нас маленькая собачка, номер полностью оплачен на 4 дня, все нервы вытрепали, убеждая что на их сайте нельзя с животными, а мы показывали сайт Hotel.com на котором можно. Решение никто не мог предложить, когда мы предложили Забрать свои деньги и уехать в другой Отель, дали подписать заготовленный бланк, что все расходы за испорченные вещи несём в полном объёме. На следующий день на входе охранник пытался Проверить паспорт и привычки на Собаку. Вообщем жили в постоянном напряжении.

В общем нормально. Приезжали семьёй дала два номера в разных корпусах, после переговоров на ресепшне дали два номера рядом, почему нельзя было сразу всё сделать, видят люди вместе приехали. Заказывали номера люкс, дали бизнес, не хотелось портить себе выходные, но сейчас придётся разбираться где наша оплаченная разница. В номерах нет зубных щёток, попросили, принисли. Мини-бар вообще пустой, бесплатная вода, одна бутылка, хотя номер на двоих. И это люкс, а что в других номерах. Не хочется всё перечислять, но по мелочам набирается много. Или персонал не соответствует отелю или очень сильно экономят.

Zentral mitten in der Fussgängerzone
Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Fussgängerzone und ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Kreml, der Haupt-Sehenswürdigkeit Kazans entfernt. Service stimmt, Betten sind leider eher weich und durchgelegen. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Stadt.

Отдых с мужем без детей.
Хороший уютный отель. Местоположение - самое то, до всего рукой подать. При этом тихо. Окна выходили на часовню и храм. Чисто и уютно. Брали без завтраков, но можно при желании доплатить на месте. Попробовали перед отъездом - прилично, с простым шампанским, но ничего выдающегося. Хорошая профессиональная массажистка Эльмира. С ней можно и похудеть за три дня, и спину подлечить.
