"The hotel is well placed in the tourist area of Asakusa, travel options like metro and rail and very close by and it’s pretty easy to get to the main areas of interest in the city. Not tons of extra facilities but frankly 90% of people staying here will be out of the hotel most the day. I would make a special shout out to the housekeeping crew - even their basic room tidy was excellent. The room is well fitted out and the only criticism I had of the hotel was a lack storage (no drawers primarily making emptying suitcase tricky) but that is by the by. For a tourist trip to the city, this hotel is a very good option and I would happily use again and will look out for the brand on next trip to Japan"

"Location was great, less than 5min walk from Shimbashi station. Room was very clean and the daily cleaning service was excellent. The rooms and hotel corridors are a little tied in some areas. The staff at the check-in desk weren’t very friendly but all other staff were very polite. Buffet breakfast had a good selection of Japaneses and western options."

The bed isn’t a King size bed, but rather about 4 feet wide, so not wide enough for 2 Adults to sleep comfortably. There’s barely any space to open a suitcase. The view from the room was good as well. The staff was friendly and helped us with Luggage forwarding and any queries we had. Check-in and check-out were smooth."

The hotel was very clean and the reception desk very helpful and staffed by English speakers. Toiletries, beverage packets, etc. were readily available in the lobby. While the pricing is excellent compared to most other Tokyo hotels, be aware the rooms are very small. My wife found it easier to crawl across the bed rather than attempting to walk around it (due to lack of space). The bath, however, was decent-sized and fine. One warning: the hot water is scalding hot--be sure to always combine it with cold water."
