"Exceptional! The property is locates a bit away from the main hustle and bustle from the city medina, but the marina area is so beautiful and peaceful and the views from the hotel are extraordinary. Rooftop Pool is a bit small but cozy and the rooftop bar is great during the day and night. The rooms are very beautiful and confortable. The main lobby and guest areas are confortable and beautiful. The spa treatments and ambiance are a must. This property and staff are gen to the city. You definitely feel pampered since you step in to the hotel. Luxurious, beautiful and comfortable."

"I was on a two week tour of Morocco and stayed one night at the Urban Hotel in Kenitra while visiting a family friend. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were polite and welcoming throughout the stay. The only disappointing part was the breakfast. We were hoping for a more traditional Moroccan breakfast, but instead it was more of a standard continental buffet you would find in many hotels around the world. They did serve Moroccan tea and there were a couple of cold msemen, which was a nice touch. The breakfast itself was good, just not quite the authentic Moroccan experience we were expecting. I imagine the hotel is mainly catering towards business travellers. But all in all it was a very nice stay"
