Situated only 300m from the sea, the villa is located on the exclusive Kas peninsula which is about 8 mins drive or bus/taxi ride from the town. Overlooking the Greek island of Meis on one side and Taurus mountain on the other, the peninsula offers ideal “chill out” holiday venue with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean sea. All 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned as well as 2 air conditioning units in the living area, the 200m² villa is beautifully designed with a good size private pool. Furnished to a highest western standard design, all 4 bedrooms are fitted with comfortable and yet stylishly furnished beds and fitted large oak wardrobes & dressing table with a chair and additional ceiling fan in each room. It has 2 double bedrooms with king size beds upstairs which look out to a balcony with stunning sea views, whilst there are 1 large twin bedroom which opens out to the pool terrace and a further twin bedroom near the front entrance which may be suitable for children on the ground level. It is quipped with what you would expect from a luxury villa. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 are en suit, of which one has a bath and both have walk in shower cubicle with separate over head drench shower and a hand held shower head, another bathroom is on the ground floor also has a over head shower in a cubicle & a toilet. All bathrooms have 2 hand basins. All guests are provided with soft fluffy white towels which are changed weekly and also additional beach towel each. A fully fitted open plan kitchen has everything one wishes to have in a kitchen including the American style fridge/freezer, all integrally fitted dishwasher, oven & microwave oven, the patio door opens out to a terrace where you can have outdoor dining at the comfortable luxury dining table & chairs. The dramatically designed open plan lounge has 2 staircases with gallery landing and luxury sitting / dining area with French doors that opens out to a large sun terrace & pool for superb outdoor living, as well as a large satellite TV & DVD player and iphone/mp3 music station. Further sitting furniture are on the terrace, perfect for alfresco living with ceiling fan under the terrace roof where you can just enjoy the passing yachts or relax around comfortable sofas & sunbeds or enjoy dipping in the crystal clear swimming pool. The cabana style outdoor pergola which gives an additional shades is an ideal place where your family & friends gather around to have a drink or two or watch the sun go down. As well as plentiful sitting area, there are 6 quality wooden sunbeds with pillowed mattresses where you can soak up the sun should you wish or simply sit there under sun umbrellas. There are other facilities like gas BBQ & outdoor shower and washing machine & tumble drier tucked away in a cupboard on ground floor. Children's cot & high chair are also provided should you need one. We went with 5 children ranging from 7-28 and each of them have said it’s the best holiday they have ever had. The house is beautiful, clean, fully equipped and incredibly spacious. Vital air-con in every room, comfy beds, easy to manage oven etc. The outside is heavenly, the pool faces the perfect direction for all day sun and mind blowing sunsets over the mountains . Sparkling swimming pool water make it a wow every morning. We completely fell in love with Kas and the surrounding area. Kas at night is such fun, busy, lovely shops and restaurants and all the boats and travel agents ready for customers. You will get stuck for choice where to eat, my kids are fussy so we always had to go somewhere that did chicken . Food every where is amazing and so cheap. I wish we had been more adventurous. We hired a car and airport transfer through Jessica’s contacts . They were so efficient and punctual. We would have struggled without a car . We went to SaKlikent gorge and rafting .....amazing Day river boat trip .....amazing Friday Kas market ......good fun and brilliant fakes Kayaking to Kekova.......amazing Big pebble beach .....lovely Seafront beach .....out favourite Patara beach......out least favourite but lovely if you move away from sunbed area Bought a carpet in Kas All the met people we met were so nice and helpful Zeyni , the villas’s manager was super, spoke really good English , helpful and when we did have a couple of problems dealt with them immediately. All in all it was a faultless holiday and I couldn’t recommend the villa or the area enough but keep it quiet, would be a shame to over-run it with Brits ##### Isabel D. We have stayed in villas on the peninsula each time and we all agreed that Villa Vista is the best yet! The view from almost every window and the terrace is beautiful and the evening sunsets are breath-taking. The villa feels light, airy and spacious and is extremely well-equipped and we had no issues at all during our 3 week stay. Jessica responded quickly to all our messages and helped us to organise airport transfers and car hire. Kas is wonderful; the people are charming and friendly and there is a fantastic choice of restaurants and beach clubs. We have hired a boat to sail around the nearby islands each time we have visited and this is still our absolutely favourite day but the sea taxi to Limonagse is also fun, as are the day excursions offered locally; we've tried kayaking to Kekova and a jeep safari to Saklikent gorge. However the terrace and pool at the villa are ideal for relaxing days and an evening BBQ watching the sunset with friends and family is just perfect. ##### Claire R. Der Blick von der Villa öffnet sich weit über das Mittelmeer. Abends ist der Sonnenuntergang voll zu genießen, anschließend sind es die vielen Sterne. Das Gebäude ist liebe- und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist groß und mit allem Zubehör reichlich ausgestattet. Die große Terrasse mit dem bis zu 1,9m tiefen Pool mit warmen Wasser bildet das besondere Herzstück der Villa. Diese verfügt für die verschiedenen Tageszeiten über unterschiedliche schön hergerichtete Verweilbereiche. Ein lieben Dank auch an den Hausverwalter. Er ist sehr nett und stets hilfsbereit. Nach langer Anreise erwarten den Gast eine liebevolle Willkommensausstattung im Kühlschrank. Zum Abendessen ist das Hotel Kumsal in der Nachbarschaft empfehlenswert. Wir sind eine vielreisende Familie. Diese Villa ist eine echte Empfehlung! ##### Andre B. Jessica was in communication with every bit of information needed prior to the trip. Then we arrived and wow the villa is every bit as fab as the pics, everything you need is there, ample storage, cooking utensils and crockery in abundance and also plenty of plastic containers which are great for food storage on beach days. We also made use of the bbq which was a lovely evening with all the outdoor lights on. This villa makes brilliant use of every space, inside and out. Zeyni was on hand for anything we needed to ask, nothing seemed too much trouble. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans la maison de Jessica. Située sur la péninsule de Kas, elle offre une vue qui vous coupe le souffle à chaque fois, dans un environnement très calme. La ville reste cependant à 10 minutes de voiture. La maison est vraiment très bien équipée, notamment la cuisine, et tout est fait pour que vos vacances se passent bien. La climatisation était très appréciable en ce mois d’août caniculaire. Zeyni gère la maison avec disponibilité et gentillesse. Nous avons apprécié les petites courses faites pour notre arrivée (fruits, tomates, œufs, café, pain, beurre, confiture...) Pour se baigner en mer, de nombreux hôtel offrent des accès à la mer avec transats moyennant des prix raisonnables. Nous adorions le matin la petite plage cristalline située entre la maison et la ville. Prenez vos masques, les eaux sont riches et on a l’impression de nager dans un aquarium :-) La route depuis Antalya est magnifique. Jessica nous a donné de nombreux conseils (location de voiture, médecin...) qui nous ont été bien utiles. Kas est un véritable coin de paradis, une côte sauvage et majestueuse et la maison de Jessica est le lieu parfait pour en profiter. Nous espérons revenir très vite ! ##### Marylène R.
