We had a minor issue with unemptied bins and unreplenished supplies on the first day (we had similar issues last stay) and someone else was at the desk with the same problem.Our main issue was that the noise from the road especially trucks & motorcycles from early in the morning which disturbed our sleep, we were in room 31\. We mentioned this at checkout but the response was dismissive. We haven’t had problems in the past so next time we would request a quieter room such as a canal room."
