Nestled just 900 meters from Karon Beach in a quiet hillside neighborhood, the building is only a 15-minute walk (or a 3-minute bike ride) from the sand and close to all essential amenities. This studio is designed for relaxation, featuring a comfortable queen bed, a seating sofa, a wardrobe, and a dressing table. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and open directly onto your private balcony—the perfect spot to soak in the sea breeze and beautiful ocean views with your morning coffee. For your convenience, the well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, cooking hob, microwave, toaster, and kettle, providing everything you need for easy self-catering. The bathroom is completed with a refreshing rain shower. You'll find yourself within easy walking distance of Karon's entire infrastructure: from cafes and restaurants to spas, night markets, and convenience stores. A note for light sleepers: The condo's convenient location near the main road is ideal for transport, but you may hear some typical street noise.
