Land with up to 3300 m² area offer plenty of space to relax. This exclusive, built in 2015 beach house with about 140 m² living space is surrounded by about approx 935 sqm plot on a beach chair, a barbecue area with a massive stone barbecue and a picnic bench are. The beach is about 4 minutes. The house has Internet Wi-Fi, fireplace, flat screen TV, sauna, laundry with washer and dryer, garage and 2 parking spaces. - Long term vacationers are also welcome in the months of November to March! We would be happy to make you an offer with favorable special rates. - The island of Usedom and the nearby town of Wolgast await you with numerous recreational activities.
