There is however a ramp available. There is seating on the terrace and 1 table each. You will feel comfortable in these apartments, so that the stay is pure from the first day. Es war weder Toilettenpapier, noch Kleinigkeiten wie Salz, Pfeffer, Spülmittel, Müllbeutel oder Geschirrspül tabs vorhanden, das sind wir von den anderen Ferienwohnungen in Karlshagen (Urlauber seit 26 Jahren) nicht gewohnt. Insekten Laichen gibt es dafür zu genüge. Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Terrasse was wirklich top war. Dennoch würden wir diese Ferienwohnung so definitiv nicht wieder buchen. ##### Amanda Z. Unterkunft wie zu erwarten sehr geräumig. Staubsauger, Wäscheständer, etc. vorhanden. Strandpromenade, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und (Hunde-)Strand innerhalb weniger Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Großer Mangel: die „Vormieter“ hatten einen schwarzen Hund, welcher sich in der kompletten Wohnung verewigt hat. Nicht nur das Bett und die Couch waren voller Hundehaare, leider auch viel Geschirr und der Boden hatten das ein oder mehrere Haar… vielleicht wäre eine Ledercouch angebracht… oder eine bessere Reinigung… Auch im Bad waren vom Vorgänger noch Rückstände, im Sinne von Rasierstoppeln, in der Dusche auf augenhöhe sichtbar. Ebenfalls könnte man an der Küchenausstattung noch feilen, was Besteck und „scharfe“ Messer angeht… Trotz allem können wir über weitere Punkte nicht klagen. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig und behindertengerecht. Zur Wohnung gehört eine Terrasse, die ausreichend groß ist, um einen Tisch und 2 bis 3 Gartenstühle aufzustellen. Ein Parkplatz ist auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Alles war bei der Anreise sauber und funktionstüchtig. Wir waren 3 Mädels und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer Schlafcouch ausgestattet, einem Esstisch und für schlechteres Wetter einem Fernseher. Die Küche ist, abgesehen von einer fehlenden Arbeitsfläche, ausreichend. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein großes Bett und ein Schrank. Das Bett haben wir als sehr bequem empfunden. Die ganze Wohnung ist Barrierefrei, allerdings ist es im Schlafzimmer etwas eng. Wir waren 4 Tage da und ich kann die Wohnung für einen Kurztrip nur empfehlen, weil Sie auch in der Nähe des Strands liegt.
