In two bedrooms is space for 1 baby who is still sleeping in the baby bed. The holiday home has a terrace with garden furniture. The property is not fenced. We recommend the apartment for 6 people, where in 2 bedrooms there is still room for a baby in the cot. The cottage is not suitable for guest groups under 25 years. We expressly point out that we attach importance to the well-being of the neighbors, to a correspondingly quiet living and mutual consideration The beautiful, built in 2017 holiday house "Möwenkoje" in the Baltic Sea Karl Hagen, is located in the second row, on a beautiful, planted with lawn and shrubs land. The beach is on the beach, within walking distance (about 1200m) to reach. The Ferienhaus Möwenkoje is centrally located in the town of Karlshagen, shopping facilities, bank are nearby. This holiday home, with a large sun terrace, offers plenty of space for guests and is equipped with terrace furniture. The house is high quality and tastefully decorated. All rooms have windows, so it is bright and friendly in the house. Two parking spaces are available at the house. This is a not completely fenced property on which the holiday house Möwenkoje is located. In the living room are the dining area with fully equipped kitchen, flowing into each other. The living room has a leather couch with table. The house has 3 bedrooms including 2 bedrooms on the upper floor and 1 on the ground floor. All bedrooms are equipped with televisions. In one bedroom is in addition to the double bed, a single bed (90x200). You will feel comfortable in this house, so that the stay from the first day to pure relaxation. Der Strand und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Restaurants sind alle gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit im Haus bei Ankunft sehr zu wünschen übrig. Außerdem sollte man gewarnt werden, beim Schlüssel holen, in Ermangelung einer Parkmöglichkeit, nicht ausversehen auf den direkt angrenzenden Privatweg zu fahren, weil man daraufhin von der Besitzerin unmittelbar mit Beschimpfungen und Beleidigungen davongejagt wird. Das Haus ist recht neu und dementsprechend sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet. Uns hat es in der Zeit, wo wir da waren, an nichts gefehlt. Im April war es draußen noch etwas kühler, da war die Fußbodenheizung sehr willkommen. Alles war sehr aufgeräumt und toll eingerichtet. 2 Supermärkte sind gut zu erreichen (1 Penny ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg und 1 Edeka ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg). Direkt in der Nähe ist außerdem eine Tankstelle und weitere Geschäfte. Der Strand ist sehr nah und fußläufig ebenfalls toll zu erreichen. Die verschiedenen Spielplätze waren für unsere Kids wirklich sehr schön. Die drei Schlafzimmer waren Gold wert. Wir alle haben sehr gut geschlafen und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wenn die Sonne scheint und kein Wind weht, wird es sehr warm im Wintergarten, hier sollte langfristig über eine Beschattung nachgedacht werden. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, denn Strand, Einkauf, Essen gehen und shoppen sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Eines möchte ich noch anmerken, das Wäschepaket ist den Preis nicht wert, Bettwäsche außer Bettlaken die haben auf kein Bett gepasst war in Ordnung aber die Handtücher gehen überhaupt nicht, dünn wie Küchentücher. Leider ist der Wintergarten hinten auf der gesamten Breite des Hauses ohne Abschattung. Dementsprechend wird er sehr warm und man kann ihn nicht nutzen (zu warm) und er heizt auch das Haus auf.
