"The staff at check in were polite and helpful. There's a convenience store off the lobby, nice to have that. The room was clean and had everything you would expect. "The hotel is very conveniently located—close to the train station, markets, bus stops, and pretty much everything you need. The room was quiet with a nice city view, and we appreciated having an electric cooktop for simple daily cooking. There was also a dining table in the room and plenty of closet space. The only thing I would like to see improved in the future is the fitness equipment. The bench press is not useful and feels unsafe, so it should be replaced with a proper one. Also, as a couple, we needed one more chair for comfortable seating, but the staff kindly provided it upon request. Overall, it was a good experience, and I will come back again on my next trip."
