Sogar aus der großen Dusche hat man einen guten Ausblick auf den Hafen. Alle (Küchen-)Geräte sind sauber, hochwertig und neu. Ebenso allgemein sehr positiv überrascht waren wir über die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung. 2min Fußweg entfernt gibt es eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Edeka), unmittelbar daneben einen Spielplatz für Kinder und nur wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich ein italienisches Restaurant. Die Mitarbeiter aus dem Vermittlungsbüro sind freundlich, kompetent, entgegenkommend, sehr bemüht und gefühlt sofort jederzeit erreichbar. Ein großes Dankeschön an dieser Stelle für den Service! Wir haben die Santiano Flat kurzfristig für ein verlängertes Wochenende gebucht. Wir waren von der Wohnung wirklich positiv überrascht. Sie liegt in einem größeren Apartmentkomplex direkt am Wasser/ Hafenpromenade und das tolle ist, dass es sich um eine Eckwohnung handelt, so dass man auch zur Seite einen tollen Blick hat und die Wohnung dadurch sehr hell ist. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und super gepflegt. Das Bad/Dusche ist schön groß. Ebenso das Schlafzimmer. Das Bett war bequem. Es gab sogar einen kleinen Abstellraum wo wir die Koffer unterbringen konnten. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Vom Balkon aus hatte man einen schönen Blick auf das Hafenbecken. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und auch bei der Abreise ging die Übergabe reibungslos. Der Edeka ist keine Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Strand dauert es ca 10 Minuten. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus.
