The semi -detached house is located on the northern mole of the Olpenitz Baltic Sea resort, right on the water. On 3 floors with an extra large roof terrace, not far from a protected bathing bay, with a fantastic and unique view of the Baltic Sea, you will find your holiday home. Experience relaxing hours with a view of the sea while you relax in the double whirlpool or the infrared sauna. The wellness area is adjacent to the roof terrace and thus offers an unforgettable view towards sunset. This holiday home will be your home during your vacation. Comfortable and optimally suitable for 8 guests on a living space of 130m². A large double carport with storage room (6x3m) is waiting for you in front of the house. Bicycles brought with you can be safely kept.
