Ein bisschen mehr Privatsphäre wäre wünschenswert gewesen.In den Küchen- und Wohnbereich, kann von den gegenüber liegenden Wohnungen direkt hineingeschaut werden.Umgekehrt natürlich auch. Dort befindet sich eine kleine offene Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen, dort gehen gerne die Mieter der anderen Wohnungen vorbei, um zum Parkplatz zu gelangen. Am Schlafzimmer ist auch eine kleine Sitzgelegenheit, aber die liegt direkt an der Straße. Schön wäre eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.
