As a valued guest of our Resort, we kindly ask that you please park your vehicle in the designated areas assigned to you. These areas are available for Owners, Renters, and a limited number of Guests. To ensure safety and convenience for all, it is important that drivers park only in their assigned spaces and display a valid parking permit at all times.  
  
We also ask that you kindly refrain from parking in any unauthorized or restricted areas, including those assigned to others. If a vehicle is parked in one of these areas, it may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense without prior notice.  
  
Please make sure that your vehicle fits entirely within the designated parking space, without protruding or extending into any adjacent space, driveway, or walkway. For safety reasons, oversized vehicles such as limousines and extra-large vehicles that do not fit wholly within a parking space are not permitted to park at the Resort.  
  
THINGS TO NOTE:  
\- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.  
\- Starting on October 1st, 2023, BV will now be charging for parking. Up until now they were the only resort in the entire Ko Olina that did not charge for parking. The fees are as follows:  
\- The one time $25 fee per car is required no matter the duration of the stay.  
\- $25 for an additional car, only if there is space available within the community.  
\- The BV stalls are small, and many guests have passenger vans or large SUV's, which require a larger stall. For larger parking stall needs, the parking fee is $50\.   
Guests are required to pay the parking fee upon arrival to the resort community via cash or credit card.

This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

We loved staying here - good amount of space for the 5 of us, with nice furnishings and well presented. Our host Jensen was very friendly and welcoming. Ko Alina is a beautiful area and we made lots of use of the swimming pool at the Beach Villas complex. Highly recommended!

#### Fabulous Condo In Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Ko Olina Beach Villa. The large kitchen was well stocked and open to the beautiful terrace overlooking the swimming pool and manicured gardens. The beds were very comfy. We spent a lot of time on the terrace enjoying the views of the pool below and the beach lagoon just steps away and it is a great place to take an afternoon nap. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the path walk every morning along the four lagoons and the choice of being able to swim in the resort pool or lagoons. This resort is very well maintained. Only a short walk to the village market and restaurants and great shopping. We hope to come back again!

#### Beautiful Beach 

The condo is beautifully located on a small more private beach. We appreciated the kitchen that had everything needed. Only issues to be aware of are flight noises are pretty consistent but a given based on being so close to Pearl Harbor and HNL. Was kind cool to see fighter jets! The condo is a wee bit outdated and linens/towels were very sub par. Bed was comfy though. Are super picky and would rent this unit again. Overall great stay.

Safe for families. No public access unlike the hotels in Ko Olina. If you have young kids then lagoon side ideal. If older kids or no kids I would avoid unit that overlooks lagoon. The kitchens are very nice and useful. If you want to eat out there are no options on property but plenty within walking distance.

We had an amazing stay. Location was great. Pool fantastic with the lagoon just steps away. There is shopping, a market and restaurants just a half mile walk. This unit could use some minor updates to the patio furniture. Although subjective to our opinions we found the bedding to firm for our taste. Overall fantastic!

#### Perfect choice for Oahu vacation

Perfect location-easy access to beach, pool and never crowded. Pool offers privacy unlike other properties that line chairs up one another. Our room offered every amenity one would need. Beds were super comfortable! Gym is top notch and sauna and steam room are a plus! Highly recommend.
