They've done a great job at modernizing the condos, plus being on the East Side of Kauai in Kapaa is so central to everything (it's perfectly situated). The upgraded condo was fantastic and had everything we needed including chairs, umbrella and cooler for the beach. A larger party would need to purchase additional shower soap, but that is easily done. The location on the east side was a great central location that allowed us to explore the north and south sides of the island easily. Lots of extras - beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, just to name a few. Great to have an air-conditioner even though we just needed it a couple times. Centrally located in Kapaa, easy to go north or south. Walk to Safeway and shopping center across the street. Reserved parking space was wonderful.
