"Epacha could be used as an African Lodge in a movie set. Our accommodation was spacious and comfortable. The reception/dining area was enormous with plenty of elegant touches. The staff were as helpful and attentive as they could be. I highly recommend it. Visitors should be aware, though, that Epacha is some distance from Etosha - around 50 kilometres from the Anderson Gate. "

"Etendeka offered a very different experience and one which we thoroughly enjoyed. It would not suit everyone though. The drive from the pick up point is over an hour but provided opportunities for wildlife spotting. Our tent was comfortable and as expected. All meals were eaten at one long table and the food was good and in home cooked style. The trips out, the morning walk and afternoon drive were excellent. "Last minute booking so we could be closer to Etosha but wished we stayed longer. From the moment we checked in we were greeted with warmth and friendliness. We decided to eat at the hotel as we were exhausted even though it was a set menu - best decision we made. The food was something you would expect in a fine dining place! Absolutely delicious and even plated beautifully. Breakfast was the nicest we had our whole trip. Everything was home made and delicious. The best bread I have ever eaten! Benny and the team at Ijaba were all so lovely and sweet. The bed was really comfy and it was nice having a separate lounge room. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a place within an hr of Etosha National Park"

"We stayed here for two night while exploring Etosha and we loved here. The lodge has cute huts with their own balcony etc. The amenities in the huts are basic but comfortable. We loved the location, it is less than 5mins drive from the Etosha gate which very convenient. The service and food was great as well. "

"This is a beautiful lodge located about 17 km from the Anderson Gate of Etosha National Park. The chalets are clean and cozy and the beds are quite comfortable. The walk-in showers and water pressure are excellent. The meals served in the lodge restaurant are buffet-style, with many selections. I found the food and selections, as well as the drinks offered by the bar, to be exceptional! The views from the lodge balcony during the day, but especially at night (moon and stars), are stunning. The lodge offers morning, afternoon, and full-day game drives to and in Etosha, and the guides are wonderful hosts. We saw a lot of wildlife during game drives on two separate days, especially on the western side of the park. I would definitely stay at this lodge again and plan to return in the future. The value you get for your money is excellent."
