"Five minutes drive/ride to downtown taitung. A family Mart is just few steps away. The room is clean and comfy. The building has elevator. The breakfast is nice, but not enough table to serve and also the toast area, coffee and utensil area are all at the same place, made it pretty crowded. Other than that, it's a great place to stay when you are in taitung."

"The room is very dated and poorly maintained. There is mold stains in the grouts and staining in the fabric of furnitures and walls. We paid extra 1200NTD per night to upgrade the room but the supposedly renovated room still does not meet modern standards. "The location is excellent and it’s very easy to take public transportation to other places. The staff are very nice and courteous, which made the stay pleasant. The room was clean, although it was smaller than expected. One nice bonus was the VIP lounge access before check-in, which was a great place to relax while waiting for the room. The hotel also offers free laundry facilities, which is very convenient for travelers. However, some of the dryer machines were not working properly during our stay. The paid breakfast is something you don’t want to miss. There is a wide variety of food and most of it tastes great. If you don’t have time to sit down and eat, they even allow you to pack your food to go, which is a very thoughtful option for tourists. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and convenient amenities."
