All expenses spared at this motel.

Posted 21-Aug-2017
Can't believe we paid 120 for a night in this dump. Run down, dirty, carpet needed a vacuum, soap scum ring in tub, lamp switch was gooey, bed was a lumpy mess. Was afraid to take my shoes off. Everything in the room was also really awkward - why was the tv facing the refrigerator in a corner? Just weird. Coffee downstairs was undrinkable. Never trusting this chain again.

Worn out hotel

Posted 18-Aug-2017
Hotel worn out and in need of update. Pleasant enough, but too many other options in close area to consider again. If lowest cost is preference then fine enough.

Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Parking lot needs work.
Breakfast is nice. Employees are nice. Greal location. Wish you could charge pantry items to your room.

Was O.K.

Posted 27-Jul-2017
Pros: Price. Close to airport, shopping.
Cons: Make sure room is adequately supplied-so guest doesn't have to come to front desk and ask for bedding for sofa sleeper, toilet paper, etc.
Staff was courteous, room was fairly clean. Breakfast was OK. Had to go several times to front desk to get items that should have been in room-bedding for sofa sleeper, toilet paper, etc.Staff took care of it promptly, but shouldn't have had to go looking for this stuff.

Disgusting don't stay

Posted 19-Jul-2017
The hotel was so dirty and the smell was awful!!!! We ended up sleeping on top of the covers due to dried blood on our mattress. Had it not been so late she we checked in we would have moved to a different hotel and lost the money paid

Absolutely disgusting = vomit-inducing!!!

Posted 17-Jul-2017
This was one of the nastiest places I've ever been. The paint chipping off the walls when I entered the lobby should've been a big red flag, but I didn't pay them any heed, as I was so utterly exhausted after a long day of flying across the country with a 1 year old to bring him to KC for a stay with his grandparents. The front desk girl (Sara?) was rude at check-in, as I was apparently interrupting her game on her cell phone. I got my key card and proceeded to my reserved room down the hall. Upon opening the door, I was attacked by one of the fouls, potent smells I've ever encountered. Imagine a mixture of vomit, feces, urine (I'm assuming/hoping from pets), and cigarette smoke (it was supposed to be a Non-smoking room). I gagged. Almost vomited. And I hadn't even entered the room completely yet. I turned around and went back to the front desk, where the front desk clerk rudely stated that was the room I rented and she couldn't do anything about it, as she had a full house. I explained I couldn't even enter the room without vomiting. Again, I was told "well that's the room you rented, so..." after informing her yet again that wasn't going to be an option. She tossed me Expedia' 's phone number and told me to deal with them. Expedia found me a different hotel.

I did not stay . It was too late to cancel

Posted 13-Jul-2017
My biggest complaint is they didn't live up to my expectations with the parking. Parking on the grass , charging me $20 to do that ,!then acting like they did me a favor. I got a hotel that did. It was to cancel the room. No won't book through Expedia again. The room looked outdated , the bathrooms need to be redone . They looked dirty with stains in the tub.

Close to airport but not great

Posted 06-Jul-2017
I walked into my room to find broken lamps, broken tv, AC that wouldn't cool the room and was falling apart, dirty floor, dimly lit bathroom and a funky smell. I literally just needed some rest on a long drive but I'll know better next time.
