Just an old property with poor asphalt parking and driveway entrance. Just booked it for the price. You get what you pay for.

DIRTY..DIRTY...DIRTY...chair filthy...no bed spread...sheet had HUGE hole in it ..dirty coffee pot ..loose wall sockets...huge draft from door...carpet stained and nasty dirty.. refrigerator dirty...1 partial roll toilet paper .Parking lot looked liked a scrap/junk/ salvage yard. People working on their vehicle in lot...VERY JUNKY looking. Wanted my money back but they we wouldn't give it back. If I could have afforded it I would have left. Can't say enough bad things about the place. Didn't even think about eating breakfast..assumed it was just as dirty as rest of place. Should be inspected by health department or shut down.

The man who checked me in came to the desk quickly and was friendly and nice. He requested that I check out the room first to make sure I liked it. I appreciated that and wish all motels did that.

Good price, Decent room
Comfortable, didn't have to go through the lobby and up an elevator and all that to get to our room which is a plus. For the price it was more than decent.

The room stunk could not get rid of the smell commode was not grounded and carpet was dirty If I could have gotten a refund I would have left The lady checking us in was nice but that was all no coffee for breakfast, No fruit, no yogurt only cold cereal and bread Vacuuming in hall at 6:30 am and mowing the lawn as well doesn’t make for a nice rest

Worst hotel I've ever seen!!
This place is a dump. There are people actually living in this place. Mattresses thrown out at dumpster, room smell reaks. Bathrooms are disgusting . Skechty neighborhood. What looks like bullet holes in one room's outside door. Nothing on beds but sheet and a pillow.

The space was perfect to spread out with 3 kids and two adults. We didn't have sheets for the pull out couch in the room. Would have liked to have used the pull out couch, but it was late when we arrived and didn't want to have to contact the main office for sheets, please add these to the room for future guests. The floor felt wet as if it was shampooed before we arrived. Other than these two things the space was just right for a quick overnight stay in our long drive for the price.

Good, could easily be berter
Rooms are nice, laid back atmosphere. Super bummer that they still super advertise their pool still even though it’s been out of service for 2 years and refuse to drain the water to clean it. Breakfast also is not anything except oatmeal. Nice for the price on most days.

It was just ok for a place to sleep while traveling. The property was quiet & room was clean. The bed was comfy enough, the fridge worked, but the shower did not. The water barely dripped out the top from the low shower head & the tub remained full of water the whole time. Shower was useless.

the property was quiet. I was disappointed that we made the reservation there for pool and pool was closed due to covid still. Also was not handicap assecesible as i thought.

There were dead bugs in the bathroom. No bed bug mattress protectors. It’s more a motel than a hotel. It was very noisy.

Extremely small room with leak stains pn the ceiling above the bed. Only enough coffee for 1 day. The tub would not drain and only enough hot water for one shiwer. Worst of all, troubke getting our door to lock. Then upon late night return, oir keys wouldnt work to let us in. Counter not manned most of the time.
