Most issues relate to it being an older house in a changing neighborhood.A few points to consider:1\. Ants in multiple places.2\. Furniture is old and inadequate (not enough chairs) for a group of 6.3\. Patio and yard in very poor condition making any outdoor activities undesirable.4\. Electrical outlets were sparse and several weren’t working.5\. Water pressure in the Jack and Jill bathroom was inadequate requiring guests to use other bathroom.6\.
