Great property and location. Only issue is they ran out of bath towels. Didn’t get any new ones until hours after asking. Only one elevator working at check out which made difficult to leave. Very friendly employees.

Liked that it’s conveniently located near city attractions. Didn’t like room/property conditions. We have stayed at several Hilton hotels in the past. And honestly. This was the first hotel that I feel wasn’t up to par for the Hilton name/reputation. The staff was amazing. Everyone that we encountered was very accommodating and helpful. We couldn’t have asked any more from them. But the property has seen better days.

This place is a nightmare. Only one of three elevators were working while they had a family reunion of about 300 people. It was filthy. Rooms were musty, dirty windows, loud and definitely not worth the money. How they can even charge $150/night is beyond me. The staff was ok but we will never stay here again. The entire property needs to be renovated. This place is a dump and a safety hazard for guests.

The property had a very strong odor of chlorine the second I walked in the door. Moldy wall paper in the bathroom. Continuous drip in the shower. Carpet did not apperar to be very clean both in the room and hallways.
