This charming unit features 2 king beds and luxury linens. Enjoy the full kitchen, private bathroom, and cozy living room after exploring Kansas City. Steps away from scenic Gillham Park and a short walk to Westport's vibrant shops, restaurants, bars, and coffee spots. This property is managed by Karat Vacation Rental Management This is the second floor of a duplex. Once inside you'll find the living room, one of the king beds, dining table and kitchen, You'll walk into the bedroom and find the other king bed and attached bathroom where the washer and dryer are located. Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long-term stays. Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds. No parties or gatherings. The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well. It's a very comfortable second floor unit with two beds (one in its own bedroom), full bathroom, laundry, and full kitchen. It had everything we needed when traveling with an infant.
