Very disappointed in this place, we arrived only to be informed that there was no electricity. Which meant that there was no Air Conditioning, no Fans and most importantly no Hot Shower, as we had both only just recovered from head colds the last thing we wanted were cold showers. I was in total shock as we had no prior warning of these conditions. I went back and had a closer look at the page that l made the booking on and sure they did not claim that they had all the thing l am saying they did not have.
If they had stated in bold print that they had NO ELECTRICITY we would have known the true situation and could have decided differently.
We had booked and paid for 3 nights. Only stayed 12 hours, couldn’t get out of there quick enough.
We spoke to quite a few other guests and they all told us they were unaware that there was no electricity till they arrived

We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay and had to cut it short.
However, there are many pages on our sites that inform our guests that there is no electricity and internet available at the accommodation. This can be found for instance in the FAQ's Section, Concept and Design Page, in the footer of the website, in Activities, on the Main Homepage of the Website and the Rooms Page.
Moreover, to make sure our guest know what they choose for, there is a box that has to be clicked on before booking. This indicates that all information about the accommodation and what is provided, is read before agreeing on the booking. The booking cannot be completed before this information has been read and the box had been clicked on.
