The Retreat features two large family areas in a roomy open concept with vaulted ceilings and seating for everyone. Master bedroom has a king bed, 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, 1 full-size futon provides sleeping for 8 and two full bathrooms, one with a large soaking tub. There are beautiful views of the Vermillion Cliffs to the north and the covered porch overlooks the Kaibab Forest to the south. The Space: This property is a pet friendly property and does require a $50 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends! :) Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home at any time, please understand and respect our policy:) Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the entire Retreat and property. The Neighborhood: Vermillion Cliff Estates is located just 5 miles east of downtown Kanab and with large expansive lots, you'll enjoy wide open spaces and starry night skies. Getting Around: Convenient access to State Hwy 89 easily takes you to all the national and state parks while providing year-round access. 4WD is not required for the Retreat, but may be recommended for some of the remote destinations awaiting you. It is a very nice home. Nothing fancy, but had everything we needed, was clean and very comfortable. We will be saving this one for future trips to Kanab. We are retired, but still like to get out in our Jeep or Power Wagon exploring the amazing area. After a day out though, we are usually pretty tired and this house has two recliners making for a nice evening relaxing time. The house is a very short distance from the main part of town, making it not crowded, but close enough to get dinner or supplies. The property manager, Star, was very responsive both prior to our visit and with a question upon arrival. We will definitely be staying here again. ##### Kim B. While the home itself is six miles east of Kanab and we always had to go through town, it was very convenient. Furniture and linens are pretty basic.
