Hotel is run down
We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights via hotels.com. * sewer gas smell in the bathrooms (first video - leak in the connection from the sink to the sewer, water draining to the floor) * Air Conditioner did not cool rooms. * dead bugs in the headboards. * bar downstairs playing loud music until 3am * No in room safe, no safe at the front desk, and a letter in the room saying not to leave your valuables as the hotel would not be responsible for theft * no elevator We checked out after only one night, as no alternative arrangements were offered by the hotel to rectify the sewer gas, AC, or bug issues when we brought it up to the front desk. (Spoke to Sha & Ms. Neo) The hotel refused to refund any of the costs when contacted by hotels.com. Don't stay here.

Overall was a good stay just need to improve the bad odour from the toilet. maybe put some air freshener kind of thing will help

Pleasant stay
Nice minimalist hotel large room for dancing 😃 with balcony overlooking pond & seafront. Avoid rooms near noisy pub. Walking distance to esplanade & shops. Good for putting your feet up bcoz not much to do in PD 😋

Good
Cleanliness of room and location hotel near to beach. Suitable for relaxing and family vacation. Hotel also near to fast food restaurant (mcd, starbuck, kenny roger's). A bit noise at the night because has a pub.

Nice stay
The room is comfortable. But if you stay with old people, better choose different hotel since there is no lift in this hotel and the stairs is steep.

i check out the same night to another hotel. My children would liike to enjoy swimming pool and at the beach. Both are not available at this hotel.

No seaview at all. Wi-fi connection was bad.
Not enjoyable at all. No lift. So climbing the steep stairs to the room with your luggage was painful.

The location is easy to find. Staff quite friendly. i booked for double-queen room and the room is okay. Water shower / wash basin flow not so good. Night time the sorrounded area were very noisy until 3am. Alots of cafe and pubs at the ground floor. Not advisable if having baby or kids to stay there.

Excellent but...
The hotel was very nice..the staffs,rooms,and all. Until u reach late night where there is a disco or club something like that keep on playing loud music and of course this really disturbed ur nice sleep time. The club is just on the first lvl below my room.Should improve this. Overall excellent.

Nice Room with affordable price.
Went there with other 2 friends. Room very comfortable. But only the air-conditioner functioning quite slow at first, however after half an hour all is just nice :) Recommended for person who want to stay sea view room with reliable price.

The hotel is situated slightly away from the beach area. But it was easy to fimd food e.g. McDonalds, Kenny Rogers, Starbucks & a local food court. Room is clean but the design is different from other premises. Lobby is situated in a different block. Overall, I am satisfied.

Quite expensive
No refrigerator. The room was relatively small compared to the price. The air cond was not functioning really well.Cant even control the temperature. Quite hot during the day. But very cold during night. But the staffs are very helpful. The place is strategic near to the mcd, starbuck, mall, 7/11 etc.

Decent & comfortable hotel for budget stay
For a 3 star hotel, it is exactly what you would need. Clean room, decent bathroom, decent bed, working a/c, easy parking. Not the fancy resort style room but for a late arrival on Friday night, decent hotel to sleep in for the night. Lots of food, beer & everything else in this part of waterfront PD. Decent place to stay for MYR160 or US$40, if you need a budget room.

Waterfront Boutique Hotel
Stayed for 7 nights room clean and well furnished good shower but no really cold water. location is good near to shops and a variety of restaurants. The only thing that would have made it better is a fridge in the room

People at the reception counter are very bad attitude. I have to wait for about 1/2 hour for checkin. Check out time receptionist is very rude. Throw back the deposite money back to me. When asking for the receipt pretend not hear anything, just typing on the phone. I lost my personal towel in the room. Not recommen for any type of stay.

Port Dickson is horrid. Nothing to do and the hotel service was terrible. The receptionist couldn't speak a word of English - we had to carry our bags up stairs to get to our room. Air conditioner didn't work and then once they fixed it was sporadic. The area itself is horrid. I saw rats in the street the restaurants were filthy... We ate cups of noodles for our two nights - although we had booked for 8. We left early. The bed was horrid and the pillows like bricks. Couldn't open windows for fresh air. Did I mention the rats? Well on top of everything we heard rats on the roof - constantly running around when we were in the room. There is zero to do in Port Dickson. The beach water and beaches are filthy. We took a taxi to Avillion Hotel - sat by their pool for an hour. It is pretty much the only thing you can do in this place... My suggestion for any westerner is to avoid this place at all costs...
