Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Tower Waikoloa Village
8/10 Good
"The lagoon was amazing!! I do suggest putting more public showers that people can wash up in around the property. The hotel room was extremely spacious as well. One thing I do suggest is making it more handicap accessible and easier to walk around with large suitcases. Overall really good resort!!!"
"Everything was wonderful except our room was placed furthest away from the main pool and bistro/breakfast. It’s very difficult for someone with disabilities to go back and forth from our room to the main area. We made our concerns known to Kai but he said there was nothing he could for us. It felt like he didn’t really make a concerted effort and just said everything was fully booked. This was on a Wednesday evening. There was barely anyone walking round and there were only 2 cars parked by our building, so that made no sense for a fully booked premise on a Wednesday evening."
"Mauna Lani is one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. The staff is amazing and their subtle but amazing hospitality was wonderful. I just loved everything and the team was around to help with all our needs."
Beautiful ocean views located minutes away from Waipio Valley

"This little studio apartment was the perfect place for our getaway. The property it's beautiful, the apartment is clean, comfortable, and has a very authentic Hawaiian feel. Watching the sunrise from the outside kitchen in the mornings, listening to the birds while drinking your coffee... wow, just wow! Definitely an unbeatable experience. The hosts, Adelina and Buzz are gracious, helpful and friendly, but not intrusive in anyway. Can't wait to stay here again. "
"This is a very nice place to stay. Close to shopping, Starbucks, Foodliner and restaurants. Tucked just off the main road into Waimea. Very friendly staff. Clean, airy room. All recently remodeled."
