"Villa was beautifully presented . Plenty of kitchen utensils, plates , glasses etc. The villa was very clean with plenty of bathrooms . The view was lovely overlooking the sea in the distance and watching the sun sets every evening. The pool is a good size and provided much relief from the heat of the day. We stayed in Villa No 4 single storey for 2 weeks in September 2026 . It has its own driveway and swept daily. The communication from the host was perfect .Had a great 2 weeks , would highly recommend this villa .Thanks Graham & Nicola"

"Great villa in a quiet village location - apart from the occasional dogs and church bells.Good sized pool that was cleaned frequently in a good sized and well equipped garden.My only reservation, the villa is on 3 levels, bedrooms, living space and games/pool area. You will spend a lot of time going up and down stairs!Marina was extremely helpful when we had a small medical issue in our group."

"The property has everything you could want, including a lovely pool with inflatables for the kids etc & the villa on the whole was well presented. There is immediate parking for 1 vehicle outside the property with space nearby for extra vehicles. Situated in a small local village approx 20-25 minute drive from Coral Bay (this has a large supermarket ,,Phillipousos,,,where you can get absolutely everything). A car is a must as you would spend a fortune on taxi's otherwise. The village centre in Kathikas is lovely & quiet & has a couple of bars/restaurants & a mini market. A 5 minute drive out of the centre is a Restaurant called Petradakis, 100% book a table there & you wont be disappointed.The locals in the village always say hello & seem to appreciate tourists as they understand they bring custom to the village. A massive shout out to Theo, for whom nothing is to much trouble & who comes & checks you have settled in ok, he leaves a welcome pack of bare essentials to get you by for when you first arrive including some home made wine which is better than you buy."
