"The Hotel was lovely, and the room was also but unfortunately, the view from the balcony was of a wall. Was walkable to all amenities. The pool area was very quiet, probably too quiet. I feel it would have benefited from some ambient music as you could here a pin drop"

"An absolutely stunning property that had everything we required for a comfortable stay.Ongoing works next door were minimal and did not have any audible or visible impact on us on the two days they were working .Ian was an extremely responsive and helpful host and answered any questions we had promptly.The photos are accurate but probably don’t quite do justice to just how lovely the property is.If we ever visit the area again in the future we wouldn’t even think about staying anywhere else."
"Got to the hotel and given a room at first I genuinely thought I had been given a room at a 1970s russian camp. The guy at the desk was asleep and didn't speak a lick of English. We didn't get told about the sauna or the jacuaazi which is still not working or built not sure which
After our 7 days visit in truth is was pretty decent. The staff was always on hand to open the shop even at 4am. Very friendly and polite.
It was not to busy.
I have to be honest the biggest thing to be of help was the taxi driver Alexander always available to help and to pick u up just a call away.
I don't understand why the hotel gets such bad reviews the staff and people were friendly, the food was brilliant, enjoy it for what it is and u will honestly love it. The cleaners were super friendly and lots of cats about :)
Also if u go and use Alexandra don't forget to ask about his cute white dog :) "
A charming villa set in beautiful gardens with sea & mountain views

"Our stay was amazing! The villa was fantastic, in a quiet location and so beautiful. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. The outside space was amazing with a lovely private swimming pool and great barbecue area, and the views were stunning. We hired a car, the villa is only about a 20 minute drive from Paphos airport, and within walking distance to Tala and all the lovely restaurants. Our host Debbie was lovely, with great communication and so helpful, as was Melanie who met us at the Villa to show us around and explain a few things.All in all we can not fault it and highly recommend a stay here.We will definitely been returning soon.Thank you Debbie."

"Amazing large spacious villa in a perfect location in the small village of Kathikas. Villa had everything you could need, pool great size and well maintained with lots seating area outside to have your pick off. Host really helpful and we had a welcome pack of food and drink that was very appreciated waiting for us when we arrived . There a few small taverns on your door step and food was great with really friendly people. Yianni’s tavern was great with friendly staff amazing food and service and great value for money, would definitely recommend. Also about a 3 minute walk from villa is an oriental restaurants The Farm Yard, again amazing food and fab location .We couldn’t fault the Villa at all and would definitely go back."
"Our stay from start to finish was perfect. Chris, Weni, Otto and Pascal went out of their way to make sure we had the best time possible. Attentive and helpful Without being intrusive. Chris was able to give us lots of information about the surrounding areas and places to go. We had a fabulous private dining experience with them , it was so good the first time we booked a second night 🙂 Otto’s hot sauce is a must to try if you like things a little spicy. The whole property was spotlessly clean and had a great atmosphere. The views are stunning. A great place to relax and recharge.Although only 20 mins into the main town of Paphos if you want a busier time. You must try the Letymvou tavern for great home cooked food too. Thank you"
"Property was clean but the outside patio was dirty and full of stray cats, nice location but the pool needs renovation as all the tiles was falling, this property is a place where people can buy their own apartment and rent it out or live there, there was building work being done for 3 days out of 4 we was there and the host had no control, by the way they started work at 8am everyday… the host informed that they have no control over what happens at the property,"
