This charming apartment is located in a magnificent location on the island of Ugljan, in the picturesque holiday resort of Kali, just 20 metres from the sea. The accommodation offers space for up to five people and is ideal for families, couples or small groups who want to enjoy peace, sun and authentic island life.   
  
The bright holiday apartment is located on the first floor and comprises 60 m² of living space with two cosy bedrooms, a modern bathroom and an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms feature comfortable double beds, bedside tables and spacious wardrobes. A baby cot is also available upon request.   
  
The inviting living space offers a sofa bed, a dining table for four people, and a kitchenette with everything you need for your stay – including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, stove, kettle, and filter coffee machine. A washing machine is also available. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi provide additional comfort.   
  
A special highlight is the private terrace with a magnificent sea view, where you can spend cosy hours outdoors - whether having breakfast in the morning sun or enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sunset.   
  
The house has a well-maintained courtyard that can be used by guests, as well as a boat mooring (upon request). A public, secure car park is available nearby.   
  
Thanks to the ideal location, you can easily reach the centre of Kali, restaurants, supermarket, bakery and café on foot. The nearest beach with gravel sections and concrete plateaus is just a few steps away. In the surrounding area, you will find numerous leisure activities such as diving, snorkelling, boat trips, windsurfing, kayaking or bicycle rental.
