Property was easily accessible and was welcomed by polite and courteous staff upon arrival. Everything was explained to me as I was only an overstay prior to a long drive across the Nullabour. Room was comfortable and early departure good.

Location was great. Stayed only overnight so didn’t use too many of the facilities so difficult to comment. They were happy to look after our luggage after checkout which was excellent of them

Everything was as it should be when you check in to an apartment. The receptionist was amazing, she explained everything that I needed to know. I would not hesitate to return.

Bed was comfy, room was clean, would have been nice to have a microwave or toaster at least. Security gate panel was hard to read at night, luckily another guest was able to let us in, swiped room card to open gate for rear parking, didnt work, so had to park out front. Lovely stay, but wouldnt stay again as hard to access after 9pm

Needs some TLC
The rooms could do with refurbishing, very old and worn. Cleanliness was below average - surface grime and mould in the bathroom, hair in the shower, dust and dirt in the corners of bathroom. Inside the bathroom cabinet was filthy. The hair dryer was broken. The reverse cycle wouldn’t work on the heating option for very long before turning cold.

Quality inn
The room was quiet comfortable, the air conditioner was not very good. Very hot through the night. The restaurant was excellent, food and service.

Liked that it was close to town. Room faced car park which was full of workers who were up from 4-30am. So not much sleep. No brochures in reception and visitor centre closed so unable to plan next day activities. Receptionist not helpful. Bed comfortable. Shower great. Room good.

The only negative comment I can make is we felt very claustrophobic as the room didn't have a window that could be opened therefore the room felt small and no flow of fresh air. We had to try and have our door open which was difficult to do al the time.

The rooms were clean but an old partly working mini fridge, a microwave and an cheap, badly working electric pan do not suggest the deluxe kitchenette we paid for or the word 'quality' in the name of the hotel.

Lovely accommodation, close to supermarket and maccas which is a bonus after coming from rural WA, yes, more remote than Kal! Quiet units at the front of the property however not attached to main hotel meaning to access the pool and restaurant you need to drive around or walk around the block. We didn’t use the pool because of this, just too annoying. No big deal but definitely something to be mindful of.

The room was very clean and tidy when we first arrived however when the room was made up the following morning the bed wasn't made nicely and the towels, etc were not replaced.

We absolutely loved our stay at Quality Inn Railway close to railway, shops etc. The property is very clean and friendly staff, I would definitely recommend this property especially for families. The beds were very comfortable and fantastic hot shower🚿 We will definitely be back.Thank you
