"The view of the ocean was great and I was happy just to be there.
It was old and a little poorly built, windows or doors were hard to open, etc.
Some renovated parts were comfortable.
The dryer was broken, which was inconvenient, but housekeeping provided new towels daily and offered to do laundry for free.
Cooking utensils were very well stocked"
"Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously.
Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room.

"We had a great stay with two other couples. The unit is well kept as are the grounds. Some good places to eat without having to drive. My only criticism is that none of the lights are very bright except those in the kitchen. We could not play cards at the dinning table because of this. We had to arrange chairs around the kitchen counter."

"Amazing property with sandy beach right at the back, which can be accessed directly from the property. My kids did snorkeling at the beach. We felt very safe and location was super central to strip mall containing restaurants, Kanapali beach and shopping area and many other things. Pools at the hotels were great and pool towels were provided as part of the resort fee. Overall we loved the property and will definitely consider staying here again. "

"We arrived with low expectations based on previous reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised! The condos were beautiful and clean, we had a very comfortable stay with no issues whatsoever. Since it wasn’t too busy during our visit, we enjoyed having most of the amenities, like the pool and hot tub, all to ourselves on many occasions.
The beach was stunning, and the sunrises and sunsets were truly breathtaking. We even spotted a lot of turtles while snorkeling! Plus, Honolua Bay is only a 10-minute drive away, and in my opinion, it’s one of the best beaches for snorkeling and has tons of shade in the area. Got to see eels, rays, parrot fish, turtles, a weird looking sword fish, reef sharks, and a whole bunch of cool looking fish.
I highly recommend renting a car to explore the island there's just so much to see and do! Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay. I’d rate it a solid 10/10!"
"This resort was absolutely a dream! We wanted a place to relax & be right near the beach but close to town and they absolutely killed it. It wasn’t too touristy or overcrowded. It had plenty of space all over the resort including the beach where we didn’t feel neck to neck on top of people. They made renting umbrellas for the week easy where we didn’t have to carry them or anything. Staff were always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here! The pictures don’t do the justice! The view is absolutely amazing! We even got a massage by TeTe & Kim there on the resort and it beat my expectations by far! Highly recommended & will be back!"
"Absolutely gorgeous property, amazing main lobby, love the pools, love the beach, love the room! Team is very nice and provided us with a bottle of champagne and snack tray for our honeymoon! Less dining options than some other resorts, but ate multiple times at the terrace and had great meals each time, and a bit cheaper than other dining options at competing resorts. Definitely felt like our money was well spent here, as oppose to another resort we stayed at in Wailea. Will remember for a long time and definitely recommend! "
