Excellent location. Clean, maintained nicely. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The dinner buffet was overpriced for what they served but the breakfast was very good.

Breakfast was awsome only everything else was a far away from being a good hotel. We have booked as a couple and we were given room with 2 single beds joined together. The bathroom is old and was not so clean, the stuff on the reception was a bit rude and act unwelcoming based on our nationallity. The swimming pool inside looked good but the water is not heated I won't be going there again

The staff treated us so kindly. We felt like welcomed family. We stayed in the top floor suite which was so comforting, like home. Can't wait to return. Way more to see and hike than we we could possibly do in two days.

Nice hotel in a great location near downtown
This large hotel is luxurious and comfortable, and a great location, a few minutes walk to the downtown, restaurants and shopping. Even better, the staff especially in the dining room are professional and friendly. A coffee maker is not provided but when I asked for a tea kettle, it was immediately delivered to our room with mugs. We stayed there a few nights and are glad that we chose it. Mostly this hotel seems to accomodate tour buses.

We loved the hotel, the grounds, and the location! We have nothing negative to say except that the pools were a bit disappointing. Although they were both very beautiful pools, they were unswimmable because so cold. We can understand that the outdoor pool was cold due to weather, but the gorgeous, advertised indoor pool was freezing! It was colder than the outdoor pool and the sauna was not in working order. The hotel should at least heat the indoor pool. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Everything about the property was fantastic - except for one thing: the fitness equipment was not in very good operating condition. Besides that - everything was spectacular.

We traveled to Kalabaka via the train and walked to the hotel, which only took 10-15 minutes. This hotel hosts many tour groups but we were treated with wonderful attention even though we were not with a group. Our room overlooked the cliffs and it was very charming and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, perfect for a day of hiking, touring or exploring. The front desk helped us with restaurant recommendations and local side excursions. Wonderful stay.

No coffee maker or kettle for tea in the room. No free water for at least to take medication in the morning. Front Desk did not offer bell boy to help with the bag's. The facility is nice lacks hodpitality.

A coffee maker or a kettle is at your disposal, upon request. If only you would have informed us during your stay. Water is available in the refrigerator with charge, Alternatively the tap water is drinkable and you may find at least 6 glasses in your room.Bell boy is always at your disposal, you have to only pick up the room's phone and ask for him. Our bell boy since he saw you at the reception area was more than willing to carry and keep your luggage.
