2 lights out in the room - didn’t bother reporting. Struggled a bit with food and beverage orders. Staff were nice but inexperienced. Check your bill, I queried mine as a mistake had been made on the wine I’d chosen and she amended the bill by hand. I asked to check the bill receipts on check out and it went from €133 down to €122 - the wine difference was €5 so can’t figure out where the rest came from.

Modern, spectacular view of Kalamata Waterfront, with a fantastic pool atea. But, food & beverage service was terrible, with only one young, untrained server with minimal English for the entire hotel. Drinks and food were very hard to order and took forever to arrive. When they did however, they were very good.

A great hotel with magnificent view
The hotel was very well organized as part of the new COVID-19 related measures. It was the second time we stayed at that hotel and we highly recommend it

The staff was amazing, helpful, friendly. The hotel was lovely and clean. The views are second to none!! Beat views in kalamata!

Great views over Kalamata and the Messinian Bay
Nice room, with a balcony overlooking Kalamata and the Messinian Bay. Good breakfast and friendly service. A short drive to Kalamata centre. Good value, would stay again.

Love Belvedere
Awesome hotel. We loved it and would definitely come back. The location overlooking Kalamata is superb. The rooms are spacious and clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Worth every penny.

Excellent Views and Staff.
This is a great hotel nested in the mountains with a fantastic view. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the rooms are dated and require a good refurbishment.

4 night Kalamata stay with infant
We had a great time at Belvedere hotel. We stayed for 4 nights the two of us and a 4 month old baby. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Always going the extra mile to accommodate us and our dozens of extra requests. We arrived at the hotel room and to our happy surprise a comfortable girly bed was waiting our baby girl along with matching girly blankets and bedding. Can't highlight enough the amazing views of the bay. Everyone we met knew the famous sunset views you get at Belvedere and our dozens of photos are testament to that. Thank you to all the staff and George at the reception for making this an incredibly enjoyable stay.

Hotel is way up on hill with great view over Kalamata and see, but a bit far from everything. Very quiet, there was prbablt only 3 rooms occupied.

I was on holiday in Kalamata for a wedding it so happened that this hotel was in the right location for the reception and the brides family. The actual hotel has stunning views over the bay and the city. It was nice to watch the sun setting each evening. The Bar area with the pool and restaurant is a great place to relax and have evening meals. The price of food at the hotel is more than reasonable. The staff are welcoming and inviting. A great over all experience. Having visited other hotels whilst in Kalamata I would choose to go back to the Beleverdre

Nice hotel in the Verga region of Kalamata
Let me say this hotel was difficult to find! However, once we found the hotel it was nice. Parking was sufficient, however there is no ramp up to the hotel entrance so we had to carry heavy luggage up several stairs by ourselves. Staff was friendly and escorted us to our hotel room. The room was comfortable for a night's stay. The shower was small and had no place to hang the hose & handle, which was very uncomfortable for taking a shower. We had a triple room with a spacious balcony and beautiful view of the sea. The room was very warm and the air conditioning didn't work, so we had to leave our balcony door open all night to allow cool air to enter the room and cool things off, otherwise it would've been a very uncomfortable warm night. The hotel seemed clean and nicely organized. Breakfast was delicious, although they were limited in the amount of options of food on the buffet by American standards. Overall it was a nice one-night stay. The hotel is nowhere near the city center and action of Kalamata, so this should be considered when booking this hotel. However, if you have your own car like we did and aren't worried about location, then this is a nice hotel to stay at.

Great Location, amazing views
Excellent and friendly service although a distinct shortage of staff especially English speaking. Wonderful views from the hotel and sea view rooms. Rooms were terrific, well appointed, and our room had a large balcony with the best of views. It is a pity the balconies are not a little better appointed with sun loungers and chairs so they can be used when the pool is crowded. Male porters to help with the luggage up the steep drive and hotel steps would be a distinct advantage.

Good hotel, close to Kalamata
Pleasant hotel with lovely pool, but really wedding venue with rooms. It did have an accessible bathroom which was very good and the staff worked very hard to make our stay comfortable. Sadly the breakfast buffet was mediocre the food at dinner was good, but lonely. The selection of Greek wines was good. It was very useful as a stopover in Kalamata.

Great stay for a quick trip
The hotel was great! The staff was super helpful & since it was off-season, we were almost the only guests in the hotel. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was freshly prepared and so good! Additionally, we had to leave early in the morning before breakfast began, so they were happy to meet our request for a to-go bagged breakfast, and ended up giving us a really good sandwich. The only thing about the room was that it takes 5 minutes for the heat to kick on, as it's based on your room key triggering the electricity, thus I was pretty cold for the first 10-15 minutes in the room & bathroom. However, once the heat finally kicked on, it was very comfortable. All in all, it was a great stay!

Prematurely open for business
Nightmarish. We were the sole guests in what felt like the Bates Motel. Has all the appearance of a large resort, complete with beautiful room balcony views, but other than an information-less young receptionist, no staff or services are in operation. We demanded to speak with a manager. The owner bizarrely and eerily continued to promise by phone the meals, spa, laundry service, Wi-Fi, etc. which any one could plainly see were simply not yet in place ("breakfast"=spotless room of never-used tables and flatware, no sign of cook/server, let alone food or drink of any kind). Corrugated tin & tarp still covered the not-yet-completed hallway, and the entrance bears no sign whatsoever. Plumbing lacks pressure for even cold water to flow through the shower head, hot water arrives unpredictably in only 3-second boiling spurts. No rooms include the advertised washer/dryer.

One of thу best hotels in the best region of Greec
It was realy nice hotel, it seems to me, that it was built just several month ago, so some areas still in construction. But it does not bother. In the first room was the problem with air condition, but the stuff gave us another room - bigger and more expensive without extra payment! Thank you! Beautiful view, not far from city. All good, exept the problems with hot water... The pressure is very low, so if you want to take a shower be ready to be cold)

Étape moins magique que prévu
Hôtel perché sur les hauteurs de Mikra Mantinia, d’où une vue splendide depuis notre chambre avec balcon. Arrivée en pente devant l’hôtel avec une quinzaine de marches à gravir avec les valises. Personne pour nous aider ! Un comble pour un 4 étoiles !!! Chambre spacieuse ne disposant toutefois que d’une chaise devant le bureau ! Aucun autre petit fauteuil ! Aucun repose-valises non plus malgré la place, c’est dommage. Les parties communes comme les couloirs d’accès aux chambres, sont peu ou pas éclairées, ce qui donne le soir un aspect un peu lugubre, sachant par ailleurs qu’a priori, nous étions les seuls clients ce soir là. Bon petit-déjeuner mais restaurant pas à la hauteur. Départ identique à l’arrivée : le réceptionniste n’a pas bougé de sa chaise pour nous aider à descendre les valises. Il n’était pas débordé puisque nous étions les seuls clients

La vue est le principal atout de cet hôtel, la chambre est également agréable. Pour le reste, les balcons donnent une vue plongeante sur les balcons et chambres voisines. mauvaises isolations, le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles.
