(1,008 reviews) The lobby had a funky smell such that I had to hold my breath every time I passed it. The check-in was fast, but our non-smoking room had cigarette odor. Eventually, after the front desk clerk worked quickly to resolve everything, but my family could not get adjacent rooms any longer. I liked that our room had a window that could open and fresh air could enter to clear the musty smell. We did not dine at the hotel, but it was conveniently located to the Peace Park, bust stop and restaurants. (1,005 reviews) The hotel was very well located, near attractions and public transit. The breakfast was good and had some options for gluten and dairy free people. The onsens were well taken care of they werent always busy but the steam room smelt (a little bit bad) but it was soothing and relaxing.
