PEST CONTROL: Pest control comes once per month. My wife and I had such a wonderful time in Yoko and Rocco’s property. They provided excellent and quick communication throughout our stay. Their friendliness and hospitality were super welcoming and made our stay so comfortable. The unit and property is as advertised and even more cozy in person. They had everything you could need and things you totally would forget that you needed. I loved how they had beach equipment we could borrow like chairs/cooler/umbrellas/snorkeling equipment. The welcome binder housed a ton of valuable information about what to do on the island and every food recommendation we tried did not disappoint. It totally made our stay in Kona a memorable one. Great location with many beaches and food options close by. We cannot wait to come back! I would highly recommend Yoko and Rocco’s establishment.
