Parking can be a bit confusing as there are a couple different spots within the location to park and multiple cars were covered and appear to be blocked in. I cannot say enough about this condominium, the view and the complex. I highly recommend staying here! The condo is in beautiful condition. It is extremely clean and has everything you need and more. Beach chairs are newer and in great shape. There is a Beach right next to this beautiful condominium complex. The saltwater pool at the complex is excellent. Sitting on the lanai watching the surfers hearing the waves is an unbelievable gift. The view is totally unobstructed of the ocean. I loved being in the kitchen looking out across the living room to the ocean. From the complex, it is a easy five minute stroll or less into town I cannot wait to stay here again. ##### Christie W. The view was outstanding. We greatly enjoyed the place. Definitely recommend this property. But, we paid $180 cleaning fee. When we arrived we were told we would be charged a cleaning fee if we did not wash all the towels and put away all washed dishes. There were only four sets of dishes and flatware. We only had four forks. We could not fill the dishwasher because there were not enough dishes to fill it. The books were extremely dusty when we arrived. I was surprised they threated a second cleaning fee. We had to be at the airport at 5:30 and having to put dishes away to avoid further cleaning fees was a bit over the top. ##### Bob O. The condo is in a great location with beautiful ocean view frontage! But it is not super clean. Look on the ceiling by the air conditioner…you’ll see a ton of dust adhered to the ceiling. The ceiling are a gray colour…that means it’s dirty. The large picture in the bedroom has splatter over it, so does the picture in the dining area. Cupboards are greasy, The condo needs updating! Everything is too old! No ice cube trays in the freezer. The sofa stinks of old. Please take away the old metal hangers in the closet. This condo should not be listed as super clean…thanks. It has just enough of everything we needed. The view is gorgeous. We enjoyed watching surfers and the evening sunsets. It's an easy walk into town.
