"Decent stay. Staff was very nice. Indoor Osen was pleasant. Rooms had a gorgeous view, but bed was not very comfortable. Good stop for Nakasendo trail, but expensive for what it is in my opinion. "

"Stayed here on a family holiday in a large room with 3 beds. Great location (right next to the station with multiple restaurants and shops nearby) and good value. Very helpful staff. Clean rooms with amenities available as required. Only downside is that the hotel parking is very limited. However, there is a large car park on the other side of the station with plenty of space and it’s only a 5 min walk away. Would be happy to recommend to others. "

It is right on the Hida River which brings a soft tranquility. The walk into town is short, 15 or 20 minutes brings you to the center of town, with many dining options, temples and shrines.
