Although there is a train line next to the hotel you don't hear them after certain time. The staff were absolutely amazing! We first went to the wrong hotel and one of the staff members gave us directions to the right hotel but then got on his bicycle and followed us to ensure we were going to the right hotel. "Not a really user-friendly tap in the toilet. 1 pillow by default, but you can request for more. No housekeeping for 3 nights or below (only every 4th day). The room gets bright by 5+ (sun rises) even with curtains drawn. Location is within 7mins walk from Matsumoto station and decent breakfast ..."
