"The hosts were amazing and very helpful! They answered all our questions in a timely manner and provided us with a detailed list of near by grocery stores, restaurants and activities. The condo was accurate to the listing description and was located in a very convenient area. It was clean and well supplied. We were worried that the lack of an oven would be difficult to prepare meals but the toaster oven and hot plates provided were excellent and we were able to prepare all our meals!"

"Great place to stay. The signs in the neighborhood is not up to date so it took a bit to find the building. It is a bit of walk from the designated parking spots to the door. We saw some ants in the kitchen but not a major issue. There are no aluminum foil etc. FYI if you need to cook. The wind chine is amazing but if you want to keep it quiet at night, you can put a towel in it. The ACs are great in the unit. The grocery in the area is pricey so if you have a car, get groceries from Lihue area. "

"House had good lay out but paper thin walls meant no privacy. Biggest complaint is how run down things are. Stove top knobs no longer have markings like low med high, sink motion sensor screwed up, lights in patio not working, track lights in living room were crazy bright. No can opener, no games. No books, no art. Overall, felt like house owned by private equity company that doesn’t care about creating a comfy welcoming place. Thankfully, property managers were v responsive to our complaints. "

"This condo was clean and exactly as listed. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals. There were beach towels and beach chairs and a body board to use, which was great. It was a little warm at times without AC, but there were lots of fans that helped it cool down. We enjoyed the location and spent a lot of time in Hanalei. I would stay here again for sure. "
