We are tea drinkers - the electric tea pot was perfect! Had everything we needed. The townhome is just across the street from the beach and beach access. The beach was not crowded and full of turtle nests, which was very exciting to see. Residential neighborhood but still has 17 restaurants within a mile, Publix and CVS as well. It had easy private access and the beach was very secluded. The 3 decks were nice with water views. Chairs and towels provided. Host communicated the dishwasher went out before we checked in which was not an issue. The laundry was not in the unit and did require quarters to use. While it's super difficult to find a place directly on the beach, this was the next best thing. It's directly across the street from the beach via public walkway. There are excellent patios with ocean views. Location is great with respect to stores, restaurants, bait shops.
