I booked for 5 people and when I arrived was charged $20 for a roll in bed. I have never been charged for a roll in bed. The hotel can't possibly expect us to put 3 people in one bed. Should not be able to book for 5 if only 2 beds available.

The water didnt get very hot so a shower was a little uncomfortable. I could also hear the room a few rooms down's entire conversation and everytime someone left their room on my floor the door would shake.

It used to be our favorite, not any more. We had a late plane and was told no transport was available. We had been traveling for 16 hours from Tampa. The place has been sold to new owners. They don;t care. Try somewhere else. The bar and restaurant are closed

Some to be desired....
Some items were in disrepair including the mixing valve in the shower. I was disappointed to find out brealfast is not offered despite what the websote states. Pleased with the shuttle from the airport, however.

Not worth it. Stay at Super 8
They do not have shuttle from midnight to 4 pm so if the last flight for Alaska Air is a couple of minutes late you will have to get a taxi. This is not advertised in their website. The pool is closed (it has never open after Covid) and it is still advertised that it has pool. Restaurant closed for renovations in March and it is still advertised as that it has restaurant. Rooms are dated, early nineties, that is 30 years old! Pay less and stay at super 8. Much, much better, even includes breakfast and you still get Wyndham points.

This property is near to the airport and walking distance to a few restaurants. Plenty of parking and some nice views of mountain. There was a smell that permeated thorughout the entire hotel however, and it just didn't seem as well maintained as other hotels in the area.

Had to walk with luggage from airport because our flight was late and I had called them to let them know that our flight was late and wouldn’t be there till after 12 and they told me it wouldn’t be a problem getting a ride. Than told me when I let them know we were ready for our ride that they did not operate between 12-4!!! Worst hotel ever!! Got up the next morning and apparently they were out of creamer and the rest was locked in an office that front desk didn’t have a key for!!! So no coffee!! Will never stay there again

We booked this hotel for the weekend for a family members wedding. I specifically booked this hotel because the Hotels.com listing said it had a pool and I have an active 11 year old that loves to swim. Apparently those closed in 2018 and it just never got updated. I will say the front desk staff was so kind and helpful but they did mention that the hotel had sold and would be closing soon for remodel. Definitely outdated and our whole floor had a very funky smell, but again the staff were great.

Bad customer service, replacement for broken coffee maker never arrives, the place is hot in the summer and they give you cheap fans, the halls smell like wet mop and rooms smell like feet, hair in the bathtubs, and supprise xrated porn when you turn on the tv. Shuttle is decent but don't expect a clean van or a smile..

Tv didn’t work. No restaurant or pool - they haven’t been running for years. The caulking was peeling on the tub and shower surround , holes in drywall , what looked like dry blood on the door

Won’t stay there again.
The room was clean. The seat for disabled in the shower was way too low. The water never got warm. Had to hand bathe with cold water and couldn’t wash my hair. HOWEVER, the staff was very pleasant. The shuttle wasn’t being used, so they offered to drive us to and from the store that we wanted to shop at

Hotel was clean. Staff was polite and helpful. Beds felt like concrete. Pool that was advertised was closed along with restaurant. Shuttle to and from town must be booked in advance cant just use. There was no housekeeping either. Overall just not worth it.

Dirty and smelly and completely inadequate regard.
Dirty and very smelly. Our room smelled like someone had cooked a lot of food in grease. Staff was friendly. No where on the website or third party booking outlet stated that the pool had been closed since 2020. No where on the website or third party booking outlet did it state that the on site restaurant was closed due to renovations. This is a terrible motel and I will always steer anyone coming into Juneau away from this place. Corporate should know about this information. False advertising regarding the pool and restaurant. Extremely disappointing. I had many choices in the area and only chose this hotel for pool and restaurant convenience.
