Reliably clean (above average for equal rating standards), unassuming yet surprisingly comfortable, just as described if not above expectations, consistent customer based service within reason. Specific details of note- conveniences to make beach days enjoyable and convenient, at a fair rate, for families, solos, or anyone in between. Cons, accounted as personal inconveniences though doesn’t lessen quality of room stay: pool and/or deck area though lovely with heated pool is best for 7 year old’s and relatively good swimmers (no kiddie pool or area), deck hot tub fits 4-5 adults comfortably and located closest to deck bar- cool or uncool depending on your preference, only one single rinse off spout for entire deck including after beach- which is backed up during peak beach exiting times and requires patience if a must, pool towels are kept behind front desk and requires front desk attendant service- don’t recommend peak check in times or management assistance, location wise is central to multiple attractions but not a great deal of options dinning wise within a 1-2 mile distance."
