The room layout was excellent and novel as was the jacuzzi. Problem in turning off the corner ceiling lights. More of an irration.

Staffs are great, the breakfast is nice and better than other hotels have been to, staffs at turn up restaurant are amazing and very helpful. Staffs at the valet, instabody gym and spa are very nice and helpful, but the hotel is not that clean and dressed up like a five star, cockroach on the door entrance to the room, raised a complain to the manager and nothing vital was done. Water from the kitchen sink is brown at first 10 seconds of turning the tap on and later changes to clear and smells bad. Next time wont stay in five jumeirah village circle. Would rather stay in five palm jumeirah.

Saw cockroaches in the apartment three times in a row, third one was in my food while pouring water from the electric kettle and complained and nothing vital was done, instead the manager is sending me fruits and wine as complementary like i told her i was hungry? Have got the video and pictures as proof.I was meant to extend my stay but i couldn't due to this issue with roaches in a 5 star hotel. If i happened to pour the water from the electric kettle to a cup filled with tea already theres no way am gonna see the cockroach and i will end up swallowing it. Have stayed in Jw marriot lots of time and caesars and never experience one single insect in the rooms or hotel. Its very disappointing. Was happy with the place at first but this last few days was terrible. Also a baby feeding bottle was left on my bed side after the cleaners came to clean and left the balcony slide door opened .... i have no clue how that got there cause it wasnt there before i went out nor do i have a baby or kid with me in the apartment.

It’s definitely a happening hotel, very up to date, staff is very friendly and available to help, if needed.
